Bedtime Flowers – Actylic & Watercolor painting / double doodle collage
by Marjie Citron (marjie5454@gmail.com)

*I felt so energized and inspired, the moment I saw the vibrantly stunning flowers of Marjie’s watercolor/collage double doodle—bursting with abstract flowers in fiery reds, warm oranges, and shimmering golds, dancing against a backdrop of cool blues and purples. It so vividly became a reminder of the expansion awaiting us as when are open to growth and new learning in body, mind, and spirit.
Reconnecting with nature seems vital and more important now as we get ready to move with the rhythm of the earth, awaken our senses, and tap into the creative energy that flows when we align with nature’s renewal. Let’s welcome this time of growth, where every step outdoors and every moment of reflection blooms into new possibilities—physically, emotionally, and beyond.

This effervescence is reflected in the contents of this newsletter, as we learn to tame new technology, reconnect with Brain Gym Buddies and explore new frontiers in Body Mapping with Amy Bonaduce-Gardner at our next Meet-up and special workshop.

Join us as we paint our own spring masterpiece together!
