Flow Within: Exploring the Intersection of Biomechanics and Nervous System Dynamics
A special workshop by Amy Bonaduce-Gardner
Thursday May 15th 4pm PDT (5:00PM Mountain time, 7:00pm EDT)
To follow up and deepen the introduction to body mapping presented at the April Meet-Up, Amy is offering a 90 minute workshop as a continuation of body mapping and the ASIS (Anterior Superior Iliac Spine):
Expand your understanding of the interplay between internal and external movement by delving deeper into the intricacies of the autonomic nervous system and the Fajardo Method of Holistic Biomechanics™ . This workshop will focus on the subtle nuances of body mapping, examining its profound influence on the nervous system and the refined organization of structural dynamics.
