    Brain Gym 101

    26 April 2025 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm EDT BG101
    Zoom zoom.us

Brain Gym 101 is the foundational course for Brain Gym. You will learn the 26 core movements of Brain Gym in the context of what we call a balance. The five step balance process is a method for using specific movements to support a particular goal. It is an experiential course, so we will actually be doing the movements and balances so that each person can feel the shifts and changes in their skills as we work. The purpose of the course is to be able to use the 26 Brain Gym movements and their variations, to develop the skill of “drawing out” innate abilities, and to understand and experience the three dimensions of learning:
    a. To focus in a relaxed manner
    b. To organize movements and maintain balance (physical and emotional)
    c. To understand how an integrated state permits whole brain learning, coordination, and communication
