Self-Regulation and Active Learning

Do you have students who have difficulty with self-regulation, boundaries and personal space, balance, coordination or focus? Did you know that un-integrated developmental reflexes and movement patterns may be the cause? During 5 online sessions, participants will learn movement activities that can be done anytime standing or seated, in the classroom or home, to master these challenges. Explore a toolbox of activities to develop body awareness and control, to calm our nervous systems, to sooth ourselves when emotionally overwhelmed, and to be present and ready to learn.
