This program is designed to improve body awareness, balance and coordination. Learn to move with more ease and efficiency and with more safety and confidence in daily life situations. Experience and practice activities and exercises from the Brain Gym program as well as Movement Exploration, Rhythmic Movement Training, Constructive Rest and Ideokinesis, Qi Gong and other modalities. In this hour class, you will get your body moving, release stress patterns, lengthen and strengthen your muscles, wake up your brain, and…. Maybe even laugh a little! (This can improve your breathing and oxygen intake!) Activities can be adapted for those with limited mobility. Each class is independent so new participants are welcome any time!
