DESCRIPTION:Brain Gym® Festival 2025 in Torre Pellice\, Italy May 31 – June 1\, 2025 \nA great opportunity to get together and enjoy a glimpse of Italy. Two days dedicated to Brain Gym® through workshops and conferences led by Italian\, French\, Canadian\, Slovenian… Education Kinesiology facilitators from all over the world. \nThe title of the event “Sono Presente… a me… al Mondo… al Festival” (I am present… to myself… to the world… to the Festival) invites us to reflect on how we often distance ourselves from ourselves\, losing sight of our talents\, values\, desires and needs. This reflection became an adventure designed to help us reconnect with ourselves and the world around us. To take the time to stop and say: I am present! Present to myself\, to the world and to what makes me unique. The Festival will be an opportunity to rediscover our center\, to reconnect with what makes us feel alive\, and to discover how we can be more aware and authentic\, both with ourselves and with others.
