DESCRIPTION:In memory of Dr Delisa Pereira\nOn January 6th\, 2025\, we lost a bright light in our lives. Dr. Delisa Pereira\, who felt overwhelmed by betrayal and abuse\, saw no other way out and tragically decided to take her own life. As a respected physiotherapist at Cardinal Gracias Hospital in Bangli\, Vasai\, Dr. D was not only passionate about healing and wellness but also dedicated to helping others through her role as a Brain Gym® instructor.\nOn January 8th\, members of the Brain Gym community from India\, Canada\, and the United States came together in a heartfelt celebration of Dr. D’s life. In this gathering\, we shared stories\, offered prayers\, and experienced a tapestry of laughter and tears. It was a profound reminder that everyone deserves to be heard\, and no one should have to face their struggles alone.Dr. D’s monthly gatherings serve as a beautiful tribute to the light she brought into this world\, a light that was extinguished far too soon. These connections are an open invitation for anyone seeking support\, human connection\, and a safe space to be seen and heard.\nWe honor Dr. D’s memory by carrying forward the beacon of compassion\, empathy\, and unconditional love she embodied.
