5 Elements and Goal Wheel
I love the 5 Element class because I can take everything I have learned from Edu-K
and everything I have learned from TFH and put it together.
I love the 5 Element class because I learn simple, playful ways to use the
5 Elements with children or in groups.
I love knowing the 5 Elements of movement and dance–and how they
relate to human growth and development.
I understand the dichotomy of ‘over’ & ‘under’ energies and
how they show survival patterns in a safe and honoring way.
The ‘Through the Looking Glass’ balance offers a trip to the past, healing reversed
emotional responses through honoring our own strengths and love.
I know how healing sheng and ko patterns restores movement in my life.
I can do Dennison Repatterning with the 5 Elements.
I can use the material from this class with any technique I already
know and double or triple the impact.
I begin to see how the 5 Elements show dynamic patterns of relationships
for individuals, or within families and groups!
I CAN USE THIS STUFF WITH ANYTHING !!!!!!!!
